Our office can make arrangements to accept assignment of insurance benefits so that your “out of pocket” can be minimized. The insurance staff at Dr. Fialkoff’s office are there to make your treatment as comfortable to you as possible and routinely evaluate your insurance plans to get you the maximum reimbursement you deserve. Bring all your Insurance information and/or insurance booklet with you at your first visit.
